At Circle of Sports, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to participate in sports, grow their potential, and achieve greatness regardless of their financial circumstances. Our mission is to remove the economic barriers that prevent young athletes from accessing the equipment, training, and support they need to thrive. From providing essential gear to funding participation costs, we’re committed to making sports more inclusive, empowering the next generation of leaders through athletic opportunity.

The vision for Circle of Sports was sparked by Lemay Penate, who co-founded the organization after reflecting on his own experiences growing up without the luxuries or resources many take for granted. Lemay understands the feeling of wanting to be great but not having the tools to get there. His story and the belief that everyone deserves a fair chance is at the heart of this movement. Joined by a dedicated team of student leaders: Mingrui Liu (Project Manager), Jose Perez (Community Outreach Manager), and Claudia Carmona (Social Media Manager) Circle of Sports is driven by a shared passion to uplift youth and bring lasting change to the community.

Our motivation lies in the countless lives this project can positively impact. Every donation, every event, and every partnership brings us one step closer to giving a child the opportunity to stay in the game and grow through sports. As a team, we are inspired by the potential to make a real difference in the lives of families across Hialeah and beyond.
